At JCC Football Agency, our mission is clear — to build meaningful football partnerships across the world. Since officially beginning operations in January 2025, we have rapidly expanded our global footprint through international travel, club visits, scouting missions, and strategic collaborations.
As a UK-based, FIFA-certified football agency with global reach, we are committed to connecting players, clubs, and football networks across continents. Below is a look at some of our key milestones from our exciting first year.
🌍 February 2025 – Morocco Visit
In February, our CEO John Chandiyamba visited Agadir, Morocco, where he met with Hassania Union Sport Agadir. This visit strengthened JCC’s presence in North Africa and opened doors for future collaborations in one of the continent’s most talented football regions.
⚽ April 2025 – Zambia MTN Super League Scouting Tour
Our scout, Mr. Andrew Mkwaila, conducted a full scouting tour across Zambia’s MTN Super League throughout April. He visited every club in the league, identifying rising talent and establishing valuable club relationships.
This trip reinforced our commitment to discovering and supporting African football’s next generation.
🇿🇲 July 2025 – CEO Tour in Lusaka, Zambia
In July, CEO John Chandiyamba continued strengthening African partnerships during his visit to Lusaka. He met with several top clubs, including:
- Zanaco FC
- Red Arrows FC
- Nkwazi FC
- Napsa Stars FC
These discussions focused on youth development, player pathways, and future cooperation between Zambian clubs and the international market.
🌏 October 2025 – Expansion into Asia (Vietnam & China)
In October, our global outreach expanded even further as the CEO visited Hanoi, Vietnam and Shenzhen, China.
These meetings support JCC Football Agency’s strategic vision of connecting Asian clubs with international talent and building new global pathways for future players.
